The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I highly recommend. The boba is also to die for. The facility is well themed and clean. And staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing! Nothing less than excellent food flavor and customer service. The store is decorated very cute and appealing. You order on a kiosk and sit and they call your name. The food was fresh, hot and packed with flavor. The spicy ramen is super spicy not for the weak and the spring rolls were so good and homemade. I'd eat here again. The prices are normal $16-$18

Super cute chill yet delicious place. You order all your food using a convenient kiosk. Places my initial drink order as I was waiting for the rest of my party and grabbed a table. I arrived right before a rush and when the rest of my party arrived, there was a line at the 2 kiosk to place your orders. The good news is if you're not sure about what's on the menu right on the counter, they do have the boba drink and food menu to review before you get to the kiosk. Although it is a very casual place because it is located in a very convenient touristy area, seating can get quickly snatched up. They did have some bar seating by the Boba drink area. In order to get your food, they will call out the number on the ticket that the kiosk gives you. Although the menu says that the donburi bowls are "mini", I was full after eating. Everything was fresh and tasted great. It really is a great location for visitors from out of town- so I definitely will keep this place in mind in the future. I had a member in my party that have some accessibility considerations, and there is a ramp conveniently leading up to the store. Plus, most of the seating will have booths and chairs, which makes it convenient for wheelchair visitors. The only additional thing to be mindful of is after you are done with your dishes they do ask that you return them to the trash area. (For my wheelchair visitor that was not as convenient but someone came by and assisted)

A relaxed, laid-back spot. When you walk in, you'll find a self-order kiosk on the left. After placing your order, you can grab any available table and wait for your number to be called. Just a heads-up--you're expected to clean up after yourself once you're done eating. The wait for food wasn't long, and the portions were filling. The ramen we had was delicious

Surprisingly good fast-food style Japanese restaurant! Their menu has a good variety. We ordered chicken karaage (large), shoyu wonton with noodles, and beef curry with rice. For the soup, you have the option to select additional toppings and remove preset toppings from their touch-screen ordering menu. Their soup was perfect, and not salty. They also sell milk teas and fruit teas. Service is always friendly and prices are affordable. Would love to come back for more!

I'm in Kissimmee for a short trip and had a taste for ramen. It was in a parking lot that was over packed because it's in a tourist area but we were able to find a lot of parking in the back of the building. It's a cute restaurant with good ramen. You have to use a screen to place your order, pick up your food and put your food items in the trash. It's not table side at all, just a heads up. The employees were nice and the food portions were big. I look forward to coming back here in the future.

The most authentic Japanese food in Kissimmee, reminds me of the actual dishes I had in Japan

This is a decent ramen shop. First time here and it's nice they open late. Pretty much everything here is self service. You order at the kiosk, pick up your ramen when your number is called, grab your own waters, return the tray when you're done. Feeling tired and hungry from a fun day at universal, really wanted ramen and everything else was close or a bar. We didnt want to look at another burger or fried food and opted to drive 30 min here. Got the yakitori and two spicy tonkotsu. Yakitori was alright. It didn't feel hot enough or had that charcoal yakitori that I'm used to. Spicy tonkotsu ramen is light and noodles were good. We enjoyed this bowl. Note: the broth is not the heavy tonkotsu most Americans are used to. Instead it's more soup like (or a bit more watery looking- think light broth) but still had a good flavour. I would recommend it. All in all, great for late nights and hits the spot.

This place is great, especially considering it's surrounded by chain restaurant after chain restaurant. Order at the kiosks and food comes out quickly. Everything was excellent and loved the ambiance inside.

Order at a kiosk which I personally like so I can take my time and go through all my options. Really casual place you can stop by for a quick lunch/dinner. Good size portions. Our group really enjoyed our meal and have no complaints. Chicken karaage as an appetizer is normally a must for me and theirs is really good - Big, juicy pieces of chicken. They also serve boba which is a +
